Johnny Wheels & The Swamp Donkeys

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Oregon blues and rock band featuring Johnny, Brandon, and Taylor. Known for festival performances at Cathedral Park Jazz Festival and Fort Stevens Blues Fest, they bring authentic spirit and engaging entertainment.

EZ Eddy & The Jumpers

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

25-year veteran blues band led by bassist EZ Eddy from Lincoln City. They deliver fun rockin' blues with soulful rhythms and captivating melodies, bringing authentic blues spirit to close our celebration.

Our Event

The festivities typically begin around 11AM, featuring a variety of vendors offering handmade crafts and local delicacies. The highlight of the event, the Parade, will start at 1PM. Watch as the US Coast Guard Honor Guard leads vintage vehicles, clowns and community groups marching down the streets of Gleneden Beach, celebrating the spirit of freedom and patriotism.

The procession winds through the heart of Gleneden Beach, creating a festive atmosphere filled with music, laughter, and the waving of flags. Live music, featuring Johnny Wheels and the Swamp Donkeys followed by EZ Eddy and the Jumpers, starts immediately after the parade ends, around 2:15PM, and continues to 6PM, when the event ends.

This event not only honors our nation's independence but also strengthens community bonds, making it a highlight of the summer season.
